Where: 1590 Berryessa Rd. San Jose, CA 95133
Price: Free admission with $5 parking
Description: Enter cheese heaven at this cheese-themed food festival. Enjoy live music while trying dishes like Tlaxiaco’s Pizza’s oaxaquena pizza, Shrimp’n Ain’t Easy’s chopped cheese, and Taqueria La Suprema’s birria tacos and quesadillas.
When: Sun. (6/9), 10AM-3PM
Where: 3 activity hubs (City Hall, Alum Rock Village, and Lake Cunningham Park)
Price: Free admission
Description: One of the most awaited community events in SJ! Viva Calle shuts down 6 miles of roads for you to enjoy festivities, entertainment, and local food vendors via walking, biking, or skating. There will be 3 main activity hubs, with many businesses along the route offering special deals. Since parking might be difficult, public transit is recommended.
When: Fri. and Sat. (6/7-6/8), 5-11PM
Where: SoFA District (S. 1st St. between San Carlos & Reed streets)
Price: Free admission
Description: An indie arts and music festival celebrating the underground arts scene. Featuring over 100 artists and musicians, the SoFA District will be transformed into an outdoor urban gallery with exhibitions, live performances, food trucks/breweries, and more.

Where: Free parking available at Alma Parking Area

Description: Offers 6 miles of shady trails along a beautiful redwood forest, creeks, and beautiful views of the Sierra Azul range. You can also register for a free 3-hour guided walk this Sunday.
