Water Lantern Festival

• When: Fri.-Sun. (6/21-6/23), 5:30-10PM

• Description: Experience the magic of floating lanterns at this water lantern festival. Decorate a lantern and release it with hundreds of other lanterns after sunset. Make sure to buy tickets ASAP for cheaper prices!

Pride Block Party

• When: Sat. (6/22), 12-4PM

• Where: Arena Green West (North Autumn Street San Jose, CA 95113)

• Price: Free admission

• Description: Celebrate Pride Month with style at this event hosted by Silicon Valley Pride and the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy. There will be drag performances, live music, a beer garden, and vendor booths to check out.

Make Music San Jose

• When: Fri. (6/21), 11AM-9:30PM

• Where: Various locations (See map)

• Price: Free admission

• Description: Support your local musicians and enjoy some live music on Make Music Day. There are over 69 artists performing at various venues across San Jose—check out this map to see if there are any near you!

Tru2Earth Farm

• Where: 10505 Santa Teresa Blvd, Gilroy, CA 95020

• When: Wed. (9AM-12PM, 5:30-7:30 PM), Sat (9AM-1PM), Sun (9AM-12PM); check their Facebook page for weekly changes

• Description: Get the freshest taste of summer by picking your own organic berries at this nearby family farm. Pick the sweetest strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and olallieberries this weekend during their peak season or grab some delicious goodies at their farm stand. There’s no entry fee (and it’s first-come, first-serve), but bring cash to pay for the berries you pick.
